Samuel C. Williams currently resides in Redding, California with is his wife and two daughters. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the California Lawyer’s Association.
After working for years as a trial assistant and paralegal, Mr. Williams attended and graduated from William Howard Taft Law School in 2015. Though Mr. Williams had two young children and worked full time, he passed the Bar Exam on his first attempt without being able to afford the Bar review course recommended to all law school graduates. Since this time, Mr. Williams has been passionate about providing affordable, quality representation, and operates his own practice in downtown Redding.
Mr. Williams actively pursues advancing his education in the areas of his expertise, attending seminars, online training, reading and researching. He is passionate about the science and techniques of cross examination and administrative law and regulatory policy. He has most recently received certifications for the following seminars:
“Recognizing and Addressing Implicit Gender Bias” The State Bar of California.
“The Golden Rules of Cross Examination” by the NACDL.
“Basic Trial Skills Institute” by the California Public Defender’s Association.
